Your information is used to provide and maintain our SMS platform services, process messages through SMPP gateways, generate analytics and reports, improve our AI-powered features, and communicate with you about your account.
Each enterprise tenant's data is completely isolated. We implement row-level security, separate credential management, and tenant-scoped database queries to ensure your data never crosses organizational boundaries.
Message data is retained in active storage for 90 days, analytics data for 2 years, and archived data as required by applicable regulations. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
We employ AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, role-based access controls, two-factor authentication, and regular security audits to protect your data.
