1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TIKSIG platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

2. Service Description

TIKSIG provides an enterprise SMS management platform including SMPP connectivity, campaign management, analytics, AI-powered features, and API access for programmatic messaging.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, all activity under your account, ensuring compliance with applicable telecommunications regulations, and the content of messages sent through the platform.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform for spam, phishing, or fraudulent messaging, sending messages without proper recipient consent, violating any applicable laws or regulations, or attempting to circumvent platform security measures.

5. Credits and Billing

SMS credits are purchased in advance (prepaid) or billed monthly (postpaid). Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Pricing is based on your selected plan and destination country rates.

6. Service Level Agreement

We target 99.99% platform uptime. Service credits are available for downtime exceeding our SLA commitments. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability

TIKSIG's liability is limited to the fees paid during the 12-month period preceding the claim. We are not liable for message delivery failures caused by carrier or network issues beyond our control.
